Requests
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests using the contact method on your booking confirmation. Eligibility depends on the specific package, supplier terms and notice period.
Late cancellation and no-show
Late cancellations, missed pickups, no-shows, attraction tickets and specially arranged private services may be non-refundable.
Operator cancellation
If an operator cancels a service and no suitable alternative is accepted, any amount paid for the cancelled service is handled under the confirmed booking terms.
Ask for the cancellation deadline and refund rules in writing before payment.
