The Experience – What to Expect
Your Hot Air Balloon adventure begins early in the morning, around 4:00 a.m., when our professional team picks you up from your hotel or residence. Upon arrival at the launch site, you will be warmly greeted with a hot cup of tea or coffee. While you sip and relax, our team will begin the balloon inflation process—a sight that itself is exciting to watch.
You’ll then be guided through a safety briefing by our certified pilots. Once ready, step into the balloon basket, which accommodates up to 20 passengers, and begin your gentle ascent into the sky.
As the balloon rises to about 1,000 feet, you’ll see the Hajar Mountains bathed in morning light, the golden Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, and even spot wildlife like camels, Arabian Oryx, and gazelles in their natural habitat. Child Policy
- Children under the age of 5 years can not take Hot Air Balloon rides
- Kids between the ages of 5 to 11 years will be charged rates for children
- Anyone over the age of 11 has to pay standard adult rates
- Children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian
- Adults above the age of 80 years can not go for a Hot Air Balloon ride
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellation charges apply if you cancel the booking 24 hours before the tour
- A 100% cancellation charge applies on cancelling the booking within 24 hours of the tour
- If the guests are not present at the pickup location on pick up time, we consider it a no-show and no refund for the same
